About Becca Chodos, LCSW

Welcome! I'm Becca.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on supporting women through fertility challenges, high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period. I also work with college-age students, parents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and everyday stressors.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. I recognize that everyone's experiences and challenges are unique, and I tailor our work together to meet your individual needs and goals.
I care deeply about helping my clients navigate difficult moments, develop greater confidence, and find a path forward. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, gain perspective, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
How I work
I draw on several approaches and tailor them to you:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
